You MUST credit me if you display them outside of the websites I've posted in or on your profile. Please do not repost my work to any other websites without my explicit permission. Do not upload my work to merchandise websites, AI training, and/or sell them for profit as my art is my intellectual property, regardless of subject.DO NOT remove my watermark/Signature under any circumstances otherwise; this will count as a violation of my intellectual property and I will refuse to do any future commissions from you~

-I have the right to decline/cancel any commission you offer

If I feel uncomfortable with you requesting a commission that violates my TOS, or if there's a separate matter that makes it so I cannot complete the commission, I do retain the right to refuse or cancel without explanation or continued discussion. Please keep in mind that I will not tolerate aggression or harassment from users looking to commission me.

This also includes; Pedophilic, incestuous, nazi/nazi related, TERF/REG, phobic, hateful, racist, ableist, or otherwise inappropriate/offensive mediums will immediately result in a denial of service and a restriction from commissioning me further!

-Refunds will not be given once the commission has started

Once I start the commission after the sketch/concept is done and I've begun lining or coloring the drawing, refunds will not be given afterwards. You are only allowed to request a refund if there is a family or life crisis if I'm currently in said Sketch work or if I've given WIP drawings of them. Be aware, I do take my time on drawing and putting effort, and have life outside the internet! If you're becoming too impatient with it I will put your commission to a halt and end the deal there. Please, don't pull payment or file a report on Cashapp as you're only insulting to my artwork and to me, and I will restrict you from commissioning me further.

-Blacklist

For users who are unable to coorperate with me or shows no repsect will be blacklisted privately, reasons will not be discussed and I'd prefer to leave it at that...I will not draw or accept secondhand commission requests for certain users. I do have the right to refuse any commissions for these users or any characters they have created, regardless of who is asking, why, which characters, etc. (I will let you know ahead of time if the commission you're requesting is for or about the character of one of these users. c:)

-I might use your commission for examples on this site

I may or may not display them as examples here, unless you'd prefer to have them be privet which is totally understandable! Please be sure to tell me and I will remove them asap~

Terms of Service may be updated or edited at any time, for any reason. The buyer is responsible to be attentive of changes or updates, and to respectfully interact with the artist during questions or concerns regarding changes. Buyer assumes all liability for purchases made from the artist [Lunar] and assumes responsibility for reviewing the TOS before purchase.
